Order Acceptance and Production

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance by Fuller Fine Art Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at any time for any reason. In the event an order is cancelled before production begins, the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payments made.

An order is not considered accepted until you receive a written order confirmation via email. Once an order has been accepted and production of your custom acrylic print has commenced, the order may not be cancelled, modified, or refunded. All prints sold on this site are made to order and custom-produced specifically for each customer.

Ordering Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your full name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid email address, and valid payment method. We are not responsible for mis-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, changes are generally not possible. The only exception is updating the delivery address on unshipped orders. To request an address change, please email us at shop@fullerfineart.photography before the order ships.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and the nature of acrylic printing, the final product may differ slightly in color, contrast, or appearance from what is shown on our website. We do not guarantee exact color matching. All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Personal Data and Sales Tax

All personal information submitted with your order is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any applicable state, local, federal, or VAT taxes. When required, we will collect and remit applicable taxes at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection and Damage Claims

You are responsible for inspecting your artwork immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or non-conformity must be reported to us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, along with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Failure to notify us within this period constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

Because all artwork is custom-made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Copyright and Reproduction

All copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork remain the exclusive property of Matt Fuller and Fuller Fine Art Photography. Purchasing a print grants you the limited right to display the physical artwork for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the images for any commercial purpose without prior written permission. The artist’s signature and copyright notice must not be removed or concealed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
